Notes for successful form completion:
Note 1: Your Campaign Name can be the name of your website,

you plan to advertise using your blog, and so on.
Note 2: Your Campaign Url is the website you will use to
advertise. If you have your own website, enter its Url there. If you are going
to use Adwords, enter http://www.adwords.com. If you are going to use a blog,
enter the blog's Url address.
You will have access to all material (banners, etc) when your account gets
activated.
Once your account is active, simply log in, choose the website you want to
promote, the link, text or banner you want to use in your advertising campaign,
and generate your Affiliate Url.
